A structured finance professional building provenance-first datasets, registries, legal corpora, and AI tooling.
For structured credit, legal informatics, international law, and the space economy. My work sits at the intersection of securitisation, tokenisation, prudential standards, legal informatics, and machine-readable infrastructure. It focuses on how better data, automation, provenance, and disclosure rails can improve financial markets, international law, and legal-information infrastructure, while remaining compatible with legal, regulatory, and institutional constraints.
CURRENT BUILDS
Orbital Asset Registry. A live registry that assigns stable identities to orbital objects, links active satellites to operators and corporate status, and uses operators' own regulatory filings to track re-entry and disposal failures against the catalogue.
Space Law Corpus. A provenance-first, machine-readable corpus of verified international and national space-law instruments, also published as a HF dataset for AI and legal-informatics workflows.
Deep Seabed Mining Law Corpus. An open, neutral corpus of deep seabed mining law, covering UNCLOS, the ISA Mining Code, the ITLOS advisory opinion, and the US regime with source-level provenance.
BBNJ / High Seas Treaty Corpus. An open, neutral corpus of the 2023 High Seas Treaty and its UNCLOS framework, with authentic-language texts, content hashes, fidelity flags, and a HF dataset.
AML/CTF & Financial-Sanctions Legal Corpus. A provenance-first corpus of AML/CTF and sanctions law across ten jurisdictions, rooted in the UN treaty/Security Council backbone with a FATF Recommendations crosswalk.
Digital-Asset Law Corpus. A provenance-first corpus of digital-asset market-structure and prudential law across 21 jurisdictions, captured in each instrument's authentic enacting language.
LexProvenance MCP Connector. A free, read-only MCP connector giving AI agents hash-verifiable citations into provenance-first legal corpora.
SEC EDGAR Securitisation Connector. Open-source tooling for ABS and CMBS filing search, prospectus retrieval, and loan-level analysis.
UK Company Financials. ML-ready Companies House accounts data with normalised UK GAAP fields and per-figure provenance.
