Researching the intersection of Structured Finance, Tokenisation, and Prudential Standards.
I am an independent researcher focused on the modernisation of financial infrastructure. My work explores how distributed ledger technology (DLT) can be integrated with existing Australian legal and prudential frameworks (including APS 120) to create more efficient, auditable capital markets.
- Tokenisation: Legal structures and operating models for on-chain assets.
- Structured Finance: Securitisation architecture, disclosure systems, and benchmark design.
- Geopolitics: The convergence of AI, energy, and sovereign finance as strategic infrastructure.
- Space Finance: Capital models for orbital infrastructure and long-duration projects (via SpaceFi Institute).
